HPPSC Shimla Junior Auditor Result 2025: The Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission has declared the Paper 1 and Paper 2 Exam result of Junior Auditor, Class-III (on contract basis), in H.P. State Audit Department held on 29-09-2024.

On the basis of the performance of the candidates in Paper-I & Paper–II held on 29-09-2024, for recruitment of 37 (Un-reserved =16, SC of HP =09, ST of HP =01, O B C of HP =04, EWS of H.P.=03, SC of HP (BPL)=01, ST of HP (BPL)=01, OBC of HP (BPL)=01 & SC of HP (WFF)=01 posts of Junior Auditor, Class-III (on contract basis), in H.P. State Audit Department, the following 83 candidates have been provisionally shortlisted by the H.P. Public Service Commission for further selection process i.e. document verification to ascertain their eligibility:-

HPPSC Shimla Junior Auditor Result 2025
The shortlisted candidates are advised to attend the Document Verification alongwith all original documents on 14 th &15 th Feb., 2025 at 10:00 AM. in HPPSC Nigam Vihar Shimla-171002. No further opportunity will be provided to the candidates to attend the Document Verification after the scheduled date and they will be treated absent and their candidature will also be finally rejected. No request for any change in date allotted to candidates for Document Verification will ordinarily be entertained.
The candidates are directed to bring following original documents alongwith a set of attested/self attested photocopies of the said documents on the day of document verification:
- Educational qualification
- i) Matriculation Certificate.
- ii) 10+2 Certificate.
- iii) 2 nd Class Graduate in Commerce or Economics or Business Administration from recognized University.
- Himachali Bonafide Certificate.
- Online Recruitment Application Form.
- Category Certificate of SC,ST,OBC, BPL & EWS categories wherever applicable and EWS or BPL certificate along with Non-SC/ST/OBC certificate. All these certificates should be valid on the closing date of Online Recruitment Application as well as on the day of document verification and should have been issued by the competent authority as notified by the Govt. from time to time.
- NOC from the employer, in case of regular Government employees.
- Character Certificate issued by any Gazetted Officer.
