On the basis of the performance of the candidates in Paper-I & Paper– II held on 14-09-2024, for recruitment of 41 (Un-reserved =15, UR (WFF)=01, SC of HP =10, SC of HP (BPL)=01, ST of HP =01, O B C of HP =07, OBC of HP (BPL)=01 & EWS of H.P.=05 posts of Ayurvedic Pharmacy Officer, Class-III (on contract basis), in the Ayush Vibhag, H.P., the following 61 candidates have been provisionally shortlisted by the H.P. HPPSC Ayurvedic Pharmacy Officer Result 2025
The shortlisted candidates are advised to attend the Document Verification alongwith all original documents on 18 th &19 th Feb., 2025 at 10:00 AM. in HPPSC Nigam Vihar Shimla171002. No further opportunity will be provided to the candidates to attend the Document Verification after the scheduled date and they will be treated absent and their candidature will also be finally rejected. No request for any change in date allotted to candidates for Document Verification will ordinarily be entertained.
The candidates are directed to bring following original documents alongwith a set of
attested/self attested photocopies of the said documents on the day of document verification:
- Educational qualification
i) Matriculation Certificate.
ii) 10+2 Certificate.
iii) Certificate of Successful training of atleast two years duration in Ayurvedic Pharmacist/Diploma in Pharmacy (Ayurveda)/Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy (Ayurveda) from an Institution duly recognized by the Himachal Pradesh Takniki Shiksha Board/ University recognized by the Himachal Pradesh Government. - Himachali Bonafide Certificate.
- Online Recruitment Application Form.
- Category Certificate of SC,ST,OBC, BPL & EWS categories wherever applicable and EWS or BPL certificate along with Non-SC/ST/OBC certificate. All these certificates should be valid on the closing date of Online Recruitment Application as well as on the day of document verification and should have been issued by the competent authority as notified by the Govt. from time to time.
- NOC from the employer, in case of regular Government employees.
