HPU B.Ed Counselling Process 2026

The counselling process consists of the following stages:

1. Online Registration
2. College Choice Filling (Maximum 3 Preferences)

7. Final Admission Confirmation

Candidates must complete every stage within the specified dates. Failure to verify documents or pay the admission fee within the deadline may result in cancellation of the allotted seat.

Mop-Up/On-Spot Counselling 2026

Candidates who are not allotted a seat in earlier rounds or wish to participate in the final admission process can attend the Mop-Up/On-Spot Counselling.

During this round:

• Candidates must appear personally.
• Carry the filled counselling form.
• Bring all original documents along with photocopies.
• Seat allotment will be done on the spot based on seat availability.
• Admission fee and token fee must be deposited immediately after allotment.

Important Instructions for Candidates

• All counselling updates will be available only on the HPU admission portal.
• Management Quota counselling schedule will be announced separately.
• College shifting facility is available only after the First Round and cannot be availed in subsequent rounds.
• Levy charges of ₹5,000 or ₹7,056 once paid are non-refundable.
• Candidates allotted a seat in a self-financing college must pay the ₹25,000 token/admission fee during document verification.
• Admission will be confirmed only after successful payment of the required levy charges and admission fee.
