Provided that the candidate should have passed Matriculation and 10+2 from any School/Institution situated within Himachal Pradesh. This condition shall however, not apply to Bonafide Himachalis. (ii) A minimum of continuous three years service as Secretary as defined in Rule 2(vii) of the H.P. Cooperative Societies Rules, 1971 of Primary Agriculture Credit Society. (iii) Should be below 45 years of age as on 01.01.2026. (iv) All employees of PACS who are covered under the definition of “trained Secretaries” are eligible for the posts. (v) Candidate should not be directly or indirectly a defaulter of his/her society. |
